KEYBOARD KIDS
Children in kindergarten and first grade may enroll in this class. They will learn to play simple tunes. Rhythm instruments will also be used to give practice in keeping an even beat. No piano or keyboard is required at home.

ART FOR KIDS
Children will create works of art using a variety of materials,
techniques, and subjects. Younger children will do two or three
craft projects. Older children will concentrate on drawing and
painting. All will be encouraged to develop their creativity.

TAE KWON DO / HAPKIDO
Tae Kwon Do is an intricate art of hand and foot fighting, an
exciting sport and a vigorous method of maintaining physical fitness.
Hapkido is the art of submission and evasion. You will
learn how to get out of holds and how to control the nerve center.

LEARN TO PLAY RECORDER
The recorder is often used as a pre-band instrument in the
schools. Children in third grade and up may join this class.
Students learn rhythm, music reading, and how to play simple
tunes. They will perform in a recital – individually and as a
group.

MAGIC CLASS
Children are guaranteed to have a great time as they learn fascinating
tricks from a professional magician! Amaze family and
friends with tricks that involve cards, ropes, coins, mind-reading,
and more. While the tricks may appear difficult, you’ll discover
that they are quick to learn and easy to perform. All materials
are provided, and each child receives a magic kit to take home.
Children are grouped by age and always learn tricks that
are age appropriate. Additionally, you can sign up for this
class again and again since brand new tricks are always
taught at each session!

YOGAFIT KIDS
Your child will engage in a non-competitive exercise that is both
fun and rewarding. Traditional Yoga postures and creative play
are combined for a fun mind/body workout. Some of the benefits
are: stronger, more flexible bodies; improved posture and
coordination; learning to focus attention and concentrate; calms
nervous system and stress relief; increased self-esteem, creativity
and imagination; and making new friends while having a
lot of fun. *Teacher Certified*

DANCIN’ FEET
Our dance program is designed to emphasize basic dance fundamentals,
rhythm and movement. This class will include tap,
jazz and ballet steps and dance routines.

BATON
Learn the basics of baton twirling in the beginner class and then
work your way into the Razzle Dazzles Baton Teams and Corps.
All twirlers will be given an opportunity to march in local parades,
perform in shows and attend competitions.
Baton twirling develops coordination and confidence. Zion Park
District offers a wide variety of classes for each group and level.

This class will be taught by the ZBTHS Cheerleader coaches.
You will be instructed in the basics of cheerleading along with
