AQUA ZUMBA
Splash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise, known as the Zumba “pool party,” the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout. Integrating the Zumba philosophy with traditional aquatic fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

This introduction to line dancing class is low impact and is perfect for beginners and people with little to NO dance experience. It uses a full-body blend of dance-inspired movements as a fun way to build strength, restore flexibility and de-stress. Dancing can also boost your immune system, make you happy and it is also a great way to burn calories. LIFT AND BALANCE
This full body workout will challenge your balance and test your strength. Lifting heavy weights, we will build strength and improve overall muscle endurance. Incorporating balance movements to your workout will help target your core, legs, glutes, and back. Balance can improve your body’s awareness, coordination, and joint stability.
