Dog Obedience
Basic dog obedience training with lots of praise; results in a good working, happy and reliable dog. You’ll teach your dog basic commands; heel, sit, stay, down and come. Dogs should be 8 weeks to 6 months for the puppy class and 7 months and older for beginner class. Do not bring your dog to the first class. Please bring a copy of your dog’s shot record.
Face masks must be worn at all times.

Dog Agility
Your dog will jump over hurdles, walk the beam and go through tunnels. Dogs must be 6 months or older. Bring a copy of your dog’s shot records and your dog to the first class.

DOG AGILITY – OPEN COURSE
Dog agility is a great way to keep your pet happy, healthy and smart. This open course is great for all levels. It’s a fun, creative way to add weekly exercise into your routine and improve fitness for you and your dog. The supervisor will contact you to schedule your 30 minute session on the agility course. This time is NOT class or instructor-lead. Open course provides an opportunity for you to work on skill or to spend time interacting with your pet on your own.
Note: All open course sessions must be completed by 4/29/ 2021. You may sign-up for as many sessions as you like.

OIL PAINTING
This is an adult class for beginning or advanced. You will create a painting from a picture or photo of a landscape or still life working with oils and/or acrylics. Don’t forget your supplies. A supply list is available at the Leisure Center registration desk. If you have any questions, please call 847-746-5500.

SPANISH FOR ADULTS – VIRTUAL
Learn Spanish from the safety and comfort of your own home via the interactive Zoom platform. You will learn conversational Spanish that you can immediately begin using. This class is taught live by a language in Action, Inc. instructor. Zoom login information will be emailed to participants before the first class.

STEPPERS DANCE
Stepping is a complex performance dance that incorporates folk traditions with popular culture dance and movements. The class will be taught by instructors who have 10+ years in teaching dance. Only one spectator allowed per participant. Face masks must be worn at all times.
