Hermon Park

Hermon Park is a 17.5-acre community park located on 29th Street, with parking available at the Hermon Park Community Center and the 27th Street lot. The playground, renovated in 2016, as part of a Kaboom Project in partnership with Discover Card, features equipment for children ages 2–12, including interactive play panels, a side-by-side-by-side slide, a twist slide, net climber, multi-deck climbing structures, a large rigid climber, hand glider, and bucket and belt swings. The park also offers four full basketball courts, a baseball diamond, a picnic shelter, a community garden, a 0.35-mile walking loop, and nearly one mile of total trails. Hermon Park connects directly to the McClory Bike Trail.
