Reservations are accepted for any shelter beginning January 2 of that year for use May 1–October 1. Shelter fees are non-refundable. For additional information, call 847-746-5500.

1 – EXCHANGE SHELTER: Located in Shiloh Park this shelter has 18 picnic tables (approximate capacity 100 persons). Shiloh Park has a central washroom facility within 500 feet of the shelter. There are two grills and a water spigot and five 15 amp outlets at this shelter. Parking is available at the Shiloh Park playground area on 27th St. or at the lot next to Port Shiloh Pool on Shiloh Blvd. There is no parking at the shelter.

2 – SHILOH SHELTER: Located in Shiloh Park this shelter has 12 picnic tables (approximate capacity 100 persons). Shiloh Park has a central washroom facility within 400 feet of the shelter. There are two grills, a water spigot and one 15 amp outlet available at this shelter. Parking is available at the Shiloh Park playground area on 27th St. There is no parking at the shelter.

3 – KIWANIS SHELTER: Located in Shiloh Park this shelter has 16 picnic tables (approximate capacity 100 persons). Shiloh Park has a central washroom facility within 800 feet of the shelter. There are two grills, a water spigot and one 15 amp outlet available at this shelter. Parking is available adjacent to the shelter on Bethesda Blvd.

4 – HERMON PARK SHELTER: Located in Hermon Park. There are 8 picnic tables (approximate capacity 80 persons). There are two grills at this shelter, a water spigot, and one 15 amp outlet. There are no washroom facilities in the park. Washroom facilities are available inside Hermon Park Community Center during open hours. Parking is available at the lot on 27th street on the north end of the park or at Hermon Park Center on 29th St., there is no parking at the shelter.

5 – DAVID PARK SHELTER: Located in David Park. There are 4 picnic tables (approximate capacity 32 persons). There are washroom facilities, a playground and ball diamonds at this park. There is no water, electric or grill at this shelter.

Please Note:
Reservations are accepted for any of these shelters May 1-October 1, beginning Jan 2 of that year. If not reserved, shelters are available first come first serve. Special equipment is not allowed on park property without an approved permit and rental application. Special use Items including but not limited to canopy tent, amplified sound, commercial grade grill, generators require a special use permit. Your group must provide the Zion Park District with a certificate of insurance naming the Zion Park District as additional insured if requested. Tables cannot be moved from shelter to shelter. Shelter fees are non-refundable.
