We are so proud of the progress and successes we’ve shared together at the Zion Park District over the last few years! From revitalizing our favorite parks to maintaining fiscal responsibility, it’s been an incredible journey.

• Major Renovations: Over $3.8M in grant funding secured for Shiloh and David Park.
• Taxpayer Value: Delivering property tax relief with CEJA funds and operating on less than seven cents of every property tax dollar.
• Award-Winning Recognition: Shepherd’s Crook Golf Course is ranked in the Top 10 in the state, Shiloh Park Golf Course was recently recognized among the best 9-hole golf courses in the United States and Port Shiloh Pool is a proud recipient of the International Aquatic Safety Award!
• Fun & Free Special Events: We’ve kept the community spirit alive with free events such as the summer Concert in the Park Series, Independence Day Festivities, Black History Celebration, the Halloween Trail of Treats, Holiday Tree Lighting, and the Hispanic Heritage Celebration, to name a few.
