A Note from the Board President

We celebrate the reopening of the beautifully remodeled David Park. Our parks are much more than playgrounds, walking paths, and green spaces. They are places where families gather, friendships grow, and our community can come together. This renovation represents an investment in our residents, our neighborhoods, and our future. It reflects our commitment to providing safe, welcoming, and enjoyable spaces for people of all ages to connect, play, exercise, and enjoy the outdoors. This does not just happen; a project like this is only possible through the dedication and partnership of many people. We thank our elected officials, park district staff, contractors, and community partners whose vision and support helped bring this project to life.
