ENJOY FREE FISHING WEEKEND WITH THE ZION PARK DISTRICT

June 17, 18, 19 and 20 the state of Illinois offers a free fishing weekend, with no fishing license required. The Zion Park District will be participating in free fishing weekend by loaning out fishing poles and live bait. A staff person will be available to show you how to safely catch and release fish, tie fishing knots and bait hooks. This program will take place from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Saturday, June 17 on the south side of Shiloh Lagoon.
