Zion Park District Youth Basketball 1st-8th Grade

This year the Zion Park District Youth Basketball Program will be playing and training in the Sports Arena Gymnasium at the Zion Park District Leisure Center, 2400, Dowie Memorial Drive.

Girls and boys 1st through 8th grade are invited to participate.  Our staff consists of former high school and college basketball players.

This program will start with a four week training clinic in the basic fundamentals of basketball.  At the conclusion of the clinic, teams will be formed and games will be played.  Uniforms will be provided.  There will be a banquet and trophy presentation at the end of the season.

Volunteer coaches are needed.  Both males and females are welcome. All volunteer coaches must be available to practice once a week, no exceptions. There will be a coaches organizational meeting times to be announced at the Hermon Park Center, 2700 29th Street, Zion.
