Zion Park District Names Derek Swiderski as Leisure Center Fitness Director

Derek Swiderski joins the Zion Park District as the Leisure Center Fitness Director. Derek grew up across the border in Trevor, Wisconsin. He attended Wilmot High School where he played Baseball and ran Track & Cross Country. Graduated from Wilmot in 1997 and moved on to UW-Whitewater. Derek graduated in 2002 with a degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotions. He started his fitness career in 2002 and has had many different experiences from fitness to maintenance. Derek and his wife enjoy to be outdoors with their two children. To pass the time they love to play softball, bike, swim, and snowboard. Please join us in welcoming Derek to our community.
